It was wonderful for me and for my niece and my mum who visited me for a first time in London! I'll definitely come back again with more guests!!! Everything was perfect - the view, the lady that sings and the rest of the staff!!! I was all wonderful!!!
We had a long day stuck on the hop on hop off bus and this evening tour was a wonderful relaxing cruise to finish off our day. Wonderful entertainment. It saved our day🥰
The sight seeing, the on board entertainment, hospitality and friendliness of on board staff. The sparkling wine and canapés- everything about the river cruise was great.
Overall great experience with very courteous staff and nice live music . One must go through this experience in London if time permits as it is nice to see London with lights thru this cruise trip . Also the champagne and canapés were delicious .
we almost didnt go becuse we were beat and it was our last night. we were so glad we went. it was the perfect way to end our vacation.
We had a wonderful time on the cruise. The music was better than some concerts I've been to. Food was good and sights were amazing. Very pleasant crew and time. Would do it again.
For the price you pay the canapés were minimal 4 different cold canapés were offered upstairs not hot canapés. No announcement that there was a bar downstairs. A bit disappointed
Wonderful evening with great appetizers . Beautiful to cruise along the river and see London by night A night to remember. The entertainment was fun and we all had a blast. This cruise is well worth doing!!!
The musician was wonderful. Service was great. I brought my Mum who is 87 and needs a cane, everyone was helpful and kind. The cash bar was reasonable especially for a tourist type of event. We will recommend this to friends.
Ticket was booked online. Prompt start, welcomed with champagne n orange juice. Nice and smooth sailing with entertainment
Wonderful views along the Thames with fizz and canapes. The singer/guitarist was amazing andtalented - a brilliant evening!
Very pleasant cruise, great musical atmosphere with a sympathetic guitarist singing very well-chosen songs, warm welcome with a glass of prosecco followed by many and varied delicious and very refined savory canapés, pleasantly surprised by the quality of the whole. Highly recommended.

The afternoon tea cruise was a wonderful way to see gorgeous views of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, the Eye, Tower Bridge, and the Shard. The tea and scones and other treats were all tasty and beautifully presented, making the cruise a lovely experience. We enjoyed going up top and seeing everything from that vantage point. Dillon,on the intercom, was hilarious while very informative ,and all of the wait staff were friendly and helpful. This was the best tour of all we took in the London area.
The food was absolutely amazing, I'm a very fussy eater but me and my husband ate the lot! We liked that the tour guide wasn't too serious and had a laugh. I feel that there should be the option to book to sit window side rather than just luck.
The service was excellent, the way the team worked was very helpful especially with my Dad who is in a wheelchair, and the overall experience was brilliant.
It was amazing!!! A chance to get to know in a quickly mode a little bit of London!!! Great tea, coffee and tea snacks!!!
Totally amazing..this was the best part for me on our trip. My family enjoyed it.. totally worth it, highly recommend.
Absolutely everything, it was perfect
Lovely boat and crew. Mix up on seating was embarrassing. The food was plentiful and of a high standard.

Absolutely amazing experience. A unique experience, capturing thr heart of London. Food was exceptional Highly recommend. Attended with my teenage daughter. Brilliant
Very comfortable cruise. Swivel seats a good idea. Excellent lunch, except that we were never offered tea or coffee. A simple map would improve the experience. This could be free, or a small charge could be levied.
The Thames River Cruise with two course lunch was an excellent experience, smooth boat ride, with wonderful viewing windows and a spacious boat. Impeccable service also, which all made for a superb experience. The food was tasty and the waiter was very polite and first class. You will not regret booking this trip to create a beauriful memory.
Staff were great and the experience would have been better if some expectations had been met. I thought it was lunch with tea and cofee for two. There was no tea or coffee and unfortunately my guest could not have the dessert because there was no alternative, not even a fruit. I think you should have some fruits on the boat so that if a guest cannot have the desert you can give them a fruit at least. Many thanks.
pretty much everything nice clean boat, food was amazing and service was really good aswell, all staff were ver professional and captains comentary was awesome. really great value for money
Welcome was amazing, cleanliness was on point, the paste was comfortable, view was great staff was awesome and food was very tasty. We enjoyed everything
Food was good, staff were friendly and efficient, boat was clean, light and airy, commentary just right. Booking was fine, but some of the messages could be clearer.
Our celebrations in London of my sisters 60th Birthday Surprise was finished off lovely with this lunch cruise. Far more space than I thought for each person/table. Very organised service and prompt friendly staff . The dinner was delicious and a good portion , didn't enjoy dessert as too synthetic and sickly sweet.
very effecient handling of loading to boat very good service and quality of food provided . Effecient and extremely courteous staff. Good commentary explaining sights avaialable on the journey . Comfortable boat . Overall a very enjoyable experience and great value for money . Would recommend .
Very efficient, food nice and all staff were attentive and friendly. Commentary very informative and really pleasant trip
Everything worked Smooth and the service from the onboard team was super. The lunch chicken meal and the desert was tasty and just fine.
The boat was smooth and comfortable with wide, clean windows offering splendid views. The commentary was excellent and the meal was delicious. Ticketing online was quick and easy.
The staff were very nice and shared fun and interesting information about the sites visited. The lunch was great as well
From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Hats off to the chefs, service, and dining manager. Very well run!
Good food and nice view over London.
The lunch food was escellent. Did not see any tea or coffee though!
The whole experience, the food, the staff, the views, the atmosphere on the boat was amazing
Everything basically. The food, the ambience etc. it's all awesome!!!
Well organized, food very good. Highly recommend.
The food was lovely. Much praise for the friendly waiting team. It was very good to see the sights from the river.
Food was great. Staff were very pleasant. Enjoyed the experience.
Food was amazing and the tour guide talking was hillarious
We hopped on as a last minute idea - the food was great. The staff very friendly and helpful.
Great experience - we enjoyed commentary and food on the lunch cruise

The weather was lovely that day and the captain we had was perfect, gave us all details about river banks, buildings and so on. He had a lot of humour, he's the one who made that cruise wondeeful.
The staff was nice and friendly, I was late a bit because of the traffic but when I explained to them they understand, I enjoyed the 45min journey and see the bridge and London eye.
It was a nice trip, we saw a lot. Audio guide could have been better. Blankets on the benches would be appropriate at this time of year. Otherwise gladly again.

What a different, beautiful way to see London. The tour guide gave great historical facts and kept it fun with his jokes. Highly recommend!!
It was very nice to see London from a different perspective by the Thames River. I recommend the London Sightseeing Cruise from Westminster to Greenwich aboard the Thames River Cruiser.
Much better than expected, it wasn't just a cruise, we got the whole story on notorious sights along the cruise. Highly recommend. The only fall back was the cruise was delayed.
Relaxing and extremely interesting cruise, especially thanks to the live explanations by crew members who, although not professional guides, know how to entertain and amuse throughout. Absolutely recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and was captivated by the rich historical details shared about the various sites, bridges, and buildings. The explanations were not only informative but also engaging, making the experience even more memorable.
I had arranged this for a couple of Canadian friends We had a good day, enjoyed seeing some of the sites that I wasn't previously familiar with. Commentary was good to point out landmarks although my friend pointed out that the main highlights seem to have been pubs and bridges . Despite the rain ☔️ we went on the top deck to get a better view of London and as always it's beautiful. Will do more boat cruises in future, to different destinations 😊
Very pleasant experience, with a funny and nice captain ("not a guide, a simple member of the crew" 🙂). Easy to purchase the ticket, even if the ticket was not checke-in 🤔 If you buy a return ticket, half an hour is not enough to visit the Royal Observatory and to enjoy the marvelous Greenwich. Better buy a one way ticket!
The captain gave a great commentary which wasn't included in the itinerary so it was a lovely surprise. The staff were really friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
Ticketing experience was easy to book and use. The trip was very enjoyable and the crew member commentating was very informative and at times very amusing.
The captain was also the tour guide. Easy to understand with lots of British humor. Interesting boat trip with lots of sights along the Thames. We booked a one-way trip to Greenwich. We went back by bus.

Fantastic experience and fantastic guide! Although he did highlighted that he was not a guide, but he sure added great value and humor to the experience. Highly recommended!
Nice crew with humor and ironi -very helpful. Really good "guiding" recarding attractions etc. on the trip -good fellow. We chosen to book the trip from home and it was easy and quick -but maybe Headout are sending to many follow up mailes (advertising) to come and see / visiting almost everting in your great city ☺ Greetings from Denmark
With limited time this was an excellent way to see many of the notable sights in London without visiting them individually. The boat was not crowded and the descriptions by the guide were very interesting.
The young man's commentary was very good, but the online booking indicated that a choice of language was part of the experience and this was in no way offered; my French friends speak no English so I was constantly translating which meant I couldn't sit back and enjoy it.
Wonderful experience. Purchasing tickets was very easy online. The tour itself was great the tour guide himself was friendly and knowledgeable
The bloke doing the commentary was brilliant, very witty, easy to book, great value, fun 2 hr cruise, fascinating history
Really enjoyed our 2 hour cruise from Westminster to Greenwich and back. Excellent commentary on the boat. Amusing and informative . Tickets reasonably priced as was the jug of pimms we had. Recommended.
The cruise was in one word great: the route, the views, the lovely weather and the bartender who accepted my euro notes since the card machine was broken. What really made our day was the commentary full of information and humour from the crew members.
Excellent trip on the Thames with really experienced guides whose commentary added to the tour, thier local insights were fascinating.
A lovely cruise on a gorgeous summer's day. The captain gave a very entertaining commentary. It was thoroughly enjoyable! Must recommend! Thank you ☺️
The crew was friendly and obviously put a lot of effort into developing their knowledge so that they could share interesting pieces for information both historical and recent about the sites we passed by. Thank you for the lovely experience!
I liked the guided tour and the idea that you could get off to sightsee another area and join the boat again. My ticket was for 12:30pm but we got on the boat a little after 1pm.

Great aerial view of London with just enough information to be well taught. Both the Eye and the cruise were perfect for our first full day in the UK.
The view from the London Eye is splendid and well worth the price. On the other hand, Sea Life is far too crowded to take advantage of weekday mornings.

The process was very straightforward and stress free. Mt partner and I absolutely loved the added value of the riverboat sightseeing cruise. We are so glad we went with Headout!!!!
Fantastic views and very good wheelchair access. The city boat trip was not told it was a one-way trip. Fortunately it worked out fine and I found my way back to the hotel

The ride on the London Eye was great. Super organized, despite long queues it went quickly. TOP! The boat trip was difficult as no one knew where to go and where we were allowed to go with the ticket. So we only went from London Eye to Tower Bridge. But this trip was great. Super funny guide who explained everything to us.

Buying tickets is quick and easy. I really liked the convenience of entering the attractions just by presenting the virtual ticket. I recommend it.

We got to experience both attractions at the time we chose and no queuing. Both rhe London Eye and Madam Tussods were very enjoyable
It's awesome, that make your day easy. Morning go to the London eye then go to mesume. Save time and wonderful experience.
Madame Tussauds: top. London Eye: been there, done that, and the view is as spectacular as ever (despite the clouds). Sea Life: a little disappointed as it's very small, even if the aquaria are fantastic; however, I didn't quite understand the connection with the tropics area (snake, tarantula, frog, etc.).

The whole experience was amazing. The kids loved the tunnel where they could see the fish above them. To see the whole of London in so many angles was gaw dropping
I really enjoyed the River Thames cruise and the London Eye ride as we could see 👀 the whole of London as it was my hubby's and my first time experience so we enjoyed it even more together ❤️ 😀
Aside the long queue which was understandable because it's summer, we had a fun time at both the London Eye and the aquarium.
The experience with my children and seeing their faces light up best part. The ticket combo price was decent too, in general central London is a sight. In general good food around halal too which was a bonus for us. However the que for London Eye was huge. We eealised you can book whatever time slot makes no difference. On our sea life aquarium it states 16hours hence we decided after the long que of London Eye and then 30 mins of the london eye we were hungry, lets eat and relax before going in for the aquarium.... went to the aquarium was having a great time, they announced we had only 45 mins left till they close. So we was rushed in a sense. When we exited the aquarium London eye was still running so we clocked we should have booked times and gone in the other way round
Ease of buying the tickets online which meant we didn't have to queue too long for each experience. We both loved the Aquarium but my granddaughter who is 8 was a little bored by the London Eye. I think she expected it to move as fast as a roller coaster. I enjoyed it anyhow.
My wife is pregnant nearly 8 months She was tired on that day after visiting other places in the morning We didn't accept that the que was long that day And we wanted to come early home because of wife's situation We came to the queue at 5.30pm But our reserved time was 6pm But they asked us to come out from the queue and join back at 6 from the start I wanted to cancel the tickets but as they are not refundable we stay until 6pm to join the queue
I conquered my fear of heights on the London eye . Aquarium was great lots of things to see . Tickets were handy and fast .
I loved the London wheel, it was a great experience to see the whole city and the landmarks. It was fast in line and very organized everything!!!!!

Hello. The combination of tickets was a good combination. At Lindon Eya we got in right away, no need to queue as we had fast track tickets. Sea life was hampered by such a large number of small children who were very loud. The experience would have been better if we didn't have to listen to the noise. The wax museum was a positive surprise. It contained a lot of surprises. It was my favourite of the three.

Headout gave us great value and a seamless experience. The London Eye is a must do for all visitors to London (even us Brits) as you get to see a good distance from the top, not to mention its great location for views of Parliament and Tower Bridge. The London Dungeon was also great fun, with high quality live actors and realistic scenes, although its original location at London Bridge use to make it more eerie with the rumble of the trains overhead.
Was so easy with electronic tickets, they just scan our qr code and we got in. Fast track saved us a lot of time. Woth it.
Easy to reach them, I would recommend the combined tickets. Afterwords you can get further discounts from Headout.com Good organisation of the tours everything is online, maybe some guided tours could be in person. Best wishes, Zsolt Varga Hungary
I was hoping I wouldn't have to wait in the normal queue considering I had a specific schedule. It should be better explained that it is not a fast entry or fast pass. I was lucky at the London Eye and since I went before 10am and it was raining I got in fairly early. If I got there at 10:15 I wouldn't go up before 11am.

It was just unfortunate with the road closures and the diversion down vauxhaul as it took a very long time without any tour info. It was a decent day out and my son was able to have a little nap so that was ok. Would be nice to have more staff interaction on the bus though. Other hop on hop off buses had a guide on the top. Perhaps I just needed to read better next time.
I have noticed that the buses do not operate as often as those of other companies, which has been quite inconvenient for my travel needs. Could you please provide information on whether there are any plans to increase the frequency of the services? I believe that improved schedules would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
The cruise captain should have his own comedy show! The historic information mixed with humor made for a fun cruise that was entertaining. The onboard food and restrooms were a plus! I would definitely recommend this for first time visitors! Also.. good photo opps!
I really liked the experience and the fact that it included the river trip. The only thing is that I felt cheated with the tours. No one had told me that they were without a guide. You had to go on your own. Anyway I recommend doing the bus route and the Rio tour.

I found the audio guide very funny. But we were not informed that the red line was not available every day. At the Tower of London stop, after waiting the bus left without stopping, leaving a number of customers stranded and we had to wait for more than 20 minutes. The frequency of buses on Monday was so low that I opted for the public bus.

Bus ride was fine except for the drop off for Ferry as it was at one end of the bridge while entrance to the Ferry was at the other end and so we had to walk. It would have been better to have the dropoff at the Ferry end itself. Further, timing details of the ferry were not provided and so we wasted quite a bit of time waiting after arriving at the ferry terminal.
We liked the ability to get on and off. However, changing from one color route to another was very confusing. When asking for help we did not receive definitive directions. I think it would help to indicate what routes are available at each bus stop if not all colors stop there, especially after the Thames boat ride.
Very good tour to get to know the city, especially if you have little time. It has the plus of the boat ride on the Thames, with a local guide, if you know English better and if not also because you enjoy the tour. I did it at sunset and it was magical.

The staff were great, a easy way to get around London to see the sights. We were disappointed with Trafalgar Square, as it was fenced off and the traffic to that area was terrible. The city cruise was amazing with the live commentary was fantastic best part of the tour.
I thought the drivers were very courteous. I thought the people outside were very courteous. However, I thought the bus was pretty dirty on top and the audio guide boxes were dirty also. I did like the woman doing the narration. She was very entertaining.
We had trouble finding the right stations as they were moved because of construction issues and closed streets. We were left in a station where no bus came for 1 hour and had to take a taxi in the end. The Wi-Fi was not available on most buses.
Everyone of the staff were so helpfull and knowlageable, helped us with our journey and sights. The experuence was excellent vslue for money.
Everything was fine. At the very first moment I didn't know where to go as the instructions say that the Point 4 is in Waterloo Station but it's hute and you don't tell the exactly Point At the station.
The audio guide (German) was usually out of sync with where the bus was. I therefore often didn't know which sight the guide was referring to. In addition, explanations were often interrupted in the middle of the text and new explanations were played. We heard some texts several times at different points of the journey. The generated German voice on the green route is difficult to endure, so we switched to English. In the English audio guides, the guide's station numbers do not match the map provided.

The tour included 3 buses with numerous stops. We went to a couple of stops to catch one bus in particular and waited over an hour at the stops. The bus was said to stop every 20-30 minutes and it did not. We wasted an entire afternoon of our trip just waiting for bus stops.
Adrian was a very nice cheerful and sociable bus driver it was never crowded on the bus One disadvantage was that we had to wait a long time for the bus there are few buses of the company and sometimes there is just no bus and we had to wait 45

Hello, it was very nice with the bus. Unfortunately, we didn't have a map of the bus stops at the beginning and we couldn't download one from the app, so we wandered around London. A nice supervisor from another bus company then helped us. The boat trip was great, but without a German guide. Bye

1. The HOHO bus stopped and waited for long periods., thus spending a lot of time sitting in one place. Then should depart a stop as soon as passengers have got off and got on. 2. I uderstand that route may be changed to avoid traffic congestion etc, however the stops shown on map did not match with actual - e.g Green Park. 3. We had stood at a stop (no 12 on map) for approx. 5mts because the sign board at stop clearly said " City sightseeing" and the bus just bypassed us!. Stopped about 100 mtrs ahead. By the time we reached the bus had left. then it took another 15-20 mts for next bus to arrive. Updates like this should be informed. 4. While the bus drivers in general were courteous, one (of black ethnicity) was rude when replying my query re changeover stop for blue from red bus. They need to be reminded that customers pay their wages.
It went past every place we wanted. It was great to do the Thames cruise. it was a highlight. The commentary was fine - imformative and entertainment.
Easy to book online. Staff waiting for us at all points of embarkment and disembarkment of bus so extremely reassuring and answered all our queries without hesitation and with a big smile! Bus clean and bus driver fabulous. Voice over informative, easy to hear and incredibly well timed! :-) Loved the cruise and lines and thought it was exceptional value for money.
I responded earlier but seem not to have the option for the negative feedback from the overall good experience. On the first day we waited for 45 minutes at the British Museum, but the bus never showed. We caught the bus later at the hotel. Also, pollution seems higher on the top deck and in traffic. I often had to clean black soot out of my nostrils after a bus ride, and our family all caught colds after our first two days of bus rides. We came again for another one-day and had similar pollution problems. The Edinburgh ticket worked nicely, and we stayed out of the rain as well. We did not use public transportation there.
